Big Rigs Event

Yesterday, Quovant sponsored the Tennessee Trucking Association’s annual golf tournament, The Tennessee Big Rigs for Little Kids Golf Classic. Since 1989, the charity golf tournament has raised more than $1.9 Million for both children’s charities in Tennessee and the Tennessee Trucking Foundation Scholarship.

“It is with great pride that we had the opportunity to participate in this event and give back to causes that are important to our community, partners and clients,” said Michael Sheridan, President of Quovant. “Many of our clients work within the trucking industry, so our involvement in the Big Rigs for Little Kids Golf Tournament came without question.”

More than 50 four-person teams from the trucking industry competed in the tournament held at Hermitage Golf Course. This year’s beneficiary is the Nashville Ronald McDonald House, which provides essential resources and a home-away-from-home for families of critically ill children receiving inpatient or outpatient medical care at Nashville-area hospitals.

As a proud member of the Tennessee Trucking Association, it was our pleasure to sponsor the event and give back to our community.
